L&T Construction & Mining Machinery has a well-established Central Training Centre in Kanchipuram - Tamil Nadu alongwith 5 Regional Training Centres attached to our strategically located Service Centres in North - Bahadurgarh and Singrauli, East - Durgapur, West - Nagpur and South - Kanchipuram.

Customer Training

As many as 144 programmes are conducted each year through customer Training Calendar to enhance knowledge and skill levels of customer team and to ensure higher uptime of the machines
  • Model specific online training programmes
  • Operation & Maintenance programmes for machine operators & maintenance team at customer location
  • Model specific physical programmes which covers Structure, function & Trouble-shooting for Engineers and Technicians
  • System specific programmes which are tailor-made for Executives and Managers
  • Know your excavator for machine owners

SKILL INDIA MISSION

The emergence of Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC) and the launch of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) have opened up new avenues in community service. L&T CMB was one of the earliest OEMs to get registered as training partner and accredited all its training centres with IESC to conduct Skill training and certification programmes pan-India. Programmes are conducted as per National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) Level 3, Level 4 & Level 5 for following Job Roles of Construction & Mining Machineries. At the end of the programme candidates will be assessed by Certified by IESC
